North London

Adrian Farrell MSTAT - Alexander Technique teacher in London

I work from home in East Finchley, North London. I'm about 10 minutes walk from the tube station and easily accessible from Finchley,  Highgate and Muswell Hill.

If you are coming by tube, turn right at the bottom of the steps from the platform and take the rear exit from the station. Then turn right again as you exit the station, this will bring you out onto The Causeway that leads to East End Road. Church Lane is a five minute walk up the road.

Workshops

I'm available for workshops in North London. Although I don't currently have time to organise and promote them please feel free to get in touch if you'd like me to run one for your community.

As well as generic Alexander Technique workshops I can also provide workshops with a focus such as balance and mobility for the elderlyimproving running performance through poise and adopting a natural barefoot running style, or playing guitar with more freedom and overcoming playing injuries.

A minimum of eight people is required to run a workshop.
